#1 Is it normal for work to be slowing down? Es normal que este bajando el trabajo?

Turf is typically a seasonal business and in the last quarter of the year, it will slow down due to that seasonality coupled with weather concerns across the regions. While seasonal, we are working through a plan currently to reduce the slow times next year, while putting ourselves in a better service position for the peak season.

In most cases, this decision can be made ahead of time. As it stands, the business is very dynamic and we are forced to make last-minute decisions that do not provide time ahead. This is also being addressed in our upgraded planning process so that we will have better visibility of the upcoming demand to make these schedules in a more timely manner.
#11 A lot of the creel machines the slot where the yarn goes are broken missing or loose why haven’t they been fixed or have someone that checks them more often and try to keep them maintain better? ------------ En varios creeleos, donde se cuelga el hilo, están rotos, faltan o están sueltas. ¿Por qué no se han arreglado o tienen a alguien que las revise con más frecuencia y trate de mantenerlas en mejor estado?
